1. General Terms & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ca99 ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member"). By using ca99's website, application, or any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

ca99 is a secure and reliable online gaming platform providing various gaming services for users in Bangladesh. The platform operates using SSL encryption and follows a fair play policy.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

ca99 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. You may be required to submit a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents if needed. Withdrawals may be restricted until identity verification is completed.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

It is your own responsibility to keep your ca99 account password and login details confidential. This information should never be shared with any third party.

• You bear full responsibility for all activities carried out from your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• It is recommended to change your password regularly and to use a strong password.
• The account is non-transferable — only you may operate it.

ca99 will never ask for your password via email or live chat. If any individual claiming to be a ca99 representative asks for your password, do not provide it and contact us.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposits

Funds can be deposited at ca99 using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100.

• Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.
• After a successful deposit, the funds will be reflected in your ca99 account.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.

• Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• ca99 reserves the right to verify additional documents before processing a withdrawal.
• If fraud is suspected, withdrawals may be held until verification is completed.

4.3 Transaction Limits & Currency

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ca99 reserves the right to set or adjust transaction limits where applicable, and users will be notified in a timely manner.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ca99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. Each offer has its own terms that must be read before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ca99 offers a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. To receive the maximum bonus, depositing ৳12,000 or more will earn a ৳8,000 bonus for a total of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. The calculation is based on the bonus amount only; the deposit is not added. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• The time limit for meeting wagering requirements will be stated in the details of each offer.
• Some games may count at a different rate toward wagering contributions.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.

5.3 VIP Program

ca99's VIP program has four tiers, and weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher tiers through regular activity. The benefits of each tier are described separately.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy used to circumvent bonus terms is strictly prohibited. ca99 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts if such activity is detected.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on ca99 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Results are determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game.
• Results displayed due to a technical error may be considered void.
• In the event of a disconnection, the server-side result will be considered final.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, ca99's decision is final.

ca99 provides games in partnership with the world's leading game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and Evolution Gaming. The individual terms of each game provider may also apply.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ca99:

1. Operating an account using a false identity.
2. Creating or operating multiple accounts.
3. Attempting money laundering or any form of financial fraud.
4. Using fraudulent software, bots, or automated strategies.
5. Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
6. Harassing or deceiving other users.
7. Conducting transactions through a third party's account.
8. Attempting unauthorized access to ca99's servers or systems.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

ca99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete registration information.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Participation in prohibited activities.
• Violation of the age limit.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through the ca99 support team. Complete any pending withdrawals before closing your account. Active bonus balances will be forfeited.

9. Responsible Gaming
